Third episode of my 'stachy character design, also known as "Dun Deale 'Dundy' gets a lead role"

I think I started worrying about color too soon. For now any further developments up to finalizing will be monochromatic.

I got the idea to make this guy a standalone character, make him sort of like a point of interest to his own universe, since he's not going to be a part of the #RandomVeus universe.
So I started thinking and I sort of envisioned a Batmanic (it's a word) twist here - namely Dundy is the head of his own special delivery service, keyword being 'special' since the kind of deals he's getting pay a lot and require certain skills. Seeing that he has the means, he enjoys a myriad of transport modes, all depending on the different delivery conditions.
I figure since he's going all 'Mission Impossible' half the time, he's bound to rub some people the wrong way. It would be a matter of time untill he's a torn in someone's eye.
And what better enemies can a hair-powered hero have other than a mad barber, a razor-faced rhinoceros and a bajillion bladed mastervillain?

This design was originally gonna be for =theCHAMBA's #RandomVeus character design contest [link] but I got the impression he's not after a human character. I will enter the contest still, but with a spin-off from this guy, since I kinda like this direction. I will finish this guy just for kicks, and then work out some concepts to make him fit this contest better.
Hopefully it will be a lot of fun, and I'll learn a lot while building up my character design portfolio!
