CBLDF - Markov

Here it finally is folks, this piece has been my bread and water for the past 7 days.

It was done for Threadless' Comics-On Tees Vol. 6 challenge, where they had Neil Gaiman (The Sandman, Stardust, Coraline) write a script that's to be told with 4 separate t-shirt designs. The challenge was to design the front and back of the 1st tee of the series, using the story below:

That day, the saucers landed. Hundreds of them, golden,
Silent, coming down from the sky like great snowflakes,
And the people of Earth stood and stared as they descended,
Waiting, dry-mouthed to find what waited inside for us
And none of us knowing if we would be here tomorrow
But you didn't notice it because
Back:
That day, the day the saucers came, by some coincidence,
Was the day that the graves gave up their dead
And the zombies pushed up through soft earth
or erupted, shambling and dull-eyed, unstoppable,
Came towards us, the living, and we screamed and ran,
But you did not notice this because}

Broke a lot of comfort zones on this one, lots of first timers as well - alien ships, architecture, zombies, cars, advanced perspective...
